It has been 43 years since Moped House was founded with a borrowed capital of Rs. 10,000. This journey has not always been a smooth one but, whatever be the circumstances, Moped House has always been consistent in delivering value to all its stakeholders. We started as a retailer and later ventured into distribution. We were new to the world of distribution and the competition was tough. I believe what set us apart in this scenario, was our continued focus on innovation and advancement, be it in terms of sales, marketing, operation or HR, and our penchant to abide by business values of honesty, trust and commitment.

Although we did tick all the right points in our business journey, it remains a fact that whatever success we have achieved in these years would not have been possible without the love, trust and support of all our stakeholders including customers, suppliers, creditors and employees. For this, we are eternally indebted to them. I have always maintained that the foundation of our business is our relationships with our stakeholders. It is something that we have always cared for and reinforced by upholding business values and ethics, and we intend to do the same for all time to come.

As a founder, it gives me immense pleasure to observe an exceptional work culture taking shape in our organization where every member takes upon him/her the onus to improve service standards and customer satisfaction. It is like seeing your child grow into an adult who is capable and self-dependent. Nothing can be more satisfying.
