It has been 11 years since I joined Moped House after completing my studies and every single day since then has been a learning experience for me. I have been very fortunate to have a great mentor in my father whose experience and wisdom has guided me through all thick and thin.

For a business to grow seamlessly, it is necessary that efficient systems and processes are in place, roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, authority flow is unambiguous, manpower is motivated and goal/target driven, and there is free flow of communication within the organization. By focusing on these things I have tried to ensure that there is no bottleneck in our growth trajectory.

I have always believed that an ideal company is one that is not functionally dependent on any individual. Through our continued focus on business process automation and extensive use of IT in Operations we are fast progressing towards that ideal stage.

I take this opportunity to thank all our stakeholders for they are the reason behind whatever we have achieved. To keep pushing ahead, we give ourselves newer and higher targets every year, and I am sure, with the continued love and support of our stakeholders, we will always accomplish what we set out to accomplish.
